This isn't your average clippers, in and out joint. Michael really takes care to make sure he is giving you a really high-quality haircut and explains what he's doing as well as recommends things that will achieve what you tell him you want.
You're always offered a drink which is a also really nice touch and hints at how personable and welcoming Michael is.
